From 13-16 June 2019, the European Hematology Association (EHA) Congress will take place for the 24th time. EHA is known as the premier hematology congress in Europe and offers a congress program covering every sub-specialty in hematology and the opportunity to network with experts from all over the globe. The educational and scientific program highlights state-of-the art clinical practice, the latest findings and innovations in hematology research.
The congress also provides you with the opportunity to attend satellite programs, Updates-in-Hematology and to visit the exhibition organized by pharmaceutical companies.
Amsterdam is the hosting city for the EHA congress in 2019. From its earliest days, Amsterdam has been a bustling and vibrant hub of commerce and welcomes other cultures with open arms. Amsterdam is made up on characteristic neighborhoods. All those have their own charm, unique shops, cafés and restaurants and basically everything is within walking or cycling distance. No surprise that the latest estimates conclude that there are more bikes in Amsterdam than permanent residents.
Exploring the past century at the Museum quarter, eating herring from the cart, tasting a cold beer at a windmill, looking at the Old Masters at the Rijksmuseum or taking an excursion to the Anne Frank house – there is so much to see and to do! Don´t miss to attend one of the famous canal cruises!
The RAI in Amsterdam is the venue for this congress. This property has, over more than a centuries time, developed into a leading international exhibition and conference complex. The RAI is situated only eight minutes from the Amsterdam city centre and 15 minutes from the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and has ample parking facilities. It also has its own train station and the Tram runs regularly between RAI, city centre and central station.
