Overview of the event
The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists (EAHP) represents more than 25,000 hospital pharmacists in 35 European countries and is the only association of national organizations representing hospital pharmacists at European and international level. The EAHP represents and develops the profession of hospital pharmacist in Europe to ensure continuous improvement of care and patient outcomes in the hospital environment. This is accomplished through science, research, education, practice, and sharing best practices in multidisciplinary medication therapy management with other healthcare professionals.
The 31st EAHP Annual Congress, will be held on March 17-19, 2027. EAHP’s moral imperative dictates its dedication to helping those in need. The association sees it as its task to provide patients with the best possible care – from the first steps in drug design to the goal: successful treatment. A success defined not only by medical parameters, but also by the patient’s perception and commitment to play an active role in their own journey to recovery.

The 31st EAHP Congress will be held in Vienna: a compact city rich in historic sites, castles, gardens and fine restaurants. Moreover, everything lies just minutes apart, so every walk becomes a new discovery. The city also creates a perfectly relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
