From 13-16 June 2024, the European Hematology Association (EHA) Hybrid Congress will take place in Madrid, Spain. EHA is known as the premier hematology congress in Europe and offers a congress program covering every sub-specialty in hematology and the opportunity to network with experts from all over the globe. The educational and scientific program highlights state-of-the art clinical practice, the latest findings, and innovations in hematology research. The congress also provides you with the opportunity to attend satellite programs, Updates-in-Hematology and to visit the exhibition organized by pharmaceutical companies. SAVE THE DATE!
2024’s congress venue, Madrid, is the capital of Spain and also the country’s most populous city. The best way to discover Madrid is to drive your way through the streets. Those who visit Madrid must not leave the Prado, the Reina Sofía and the Thyssen-Bornemisza unattended. These three collections of paintings and sculptures contain some of the most precious treasures of art history to be admired in this world. All three are within walking distance of Paseo del Prado. But otherwise, Madrid’s splendid buildings are less splendid than those of other European cities, their churches are not so grand, their avenues more modest. Nothing to do: most visitors to Madrid keep the city in wonderful memories – without having to say exactly what makes Madrid so unique. The point is, the whole city is worth seeing, more precisely its historical center. The streets and squares radiate harmony and life. The architecture – most of it dates back to the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century makes you feel at home.
