CREACON … the online game where your employees get to know themselves and their colleagues. They learn to assess their own skills and those of others in a better way. In addition, communication skills are encouraged here in a fun and engaging way. As a result, participants improve their ability to communicate constructively, effectively, and consciously.

It includes brain teasers, team competitions and playful components … it is a wild ride through short events, intense and amusing experiences.
CREACON is always cheerful, never serious and always entertaining, yet never too serious or uncomfortable.
You will find out how to motivate teams online and how a “Super-Hero” team is put together.
You will be guided through this online team event – in front of and behind the scenes – by work philosopher Frank Eilers, online coach & trainer Jörn Steinz and futurologist Oliver Leisse.
Finally, we are happy to adapt games and tasks to your company goals and to develop relevant modules individually with you.
