EVENT FORMATS – OVERVIEW

Classic Event:
One location at a fixed time. Participants are exclusively onsite. Content is delivered live from the stage.

Digital Event:
Online platform at a fixed time. Content can be viewed live and can be accessed at any time even after the event.

Hybrid Event:
An in-person event that is also presented in a virtual space. Participants are either physically or digitally present at the event. Content goes live and is then ready to be called up digitally at any time.

Satellite Event:
Spatially distributed events at a specific time. Content can be watched live on stage or watched elsewhere as a recording. Content is also available at any time after the event.

How to make it work?

A digital event can either combine a physical event with a virtual target group (hybrid event) or it can only take place online. In a TV studio, protagonists of an event act like on a stage. Worldwide and in real time. Thanks to countless interactive tools, the virtual target group can actively participate in the event as if they were there. The result is a broadcast show that engages viewers, holds their attention, and, with careful preparation and execution, can inspire, educate, and entertain. Here too, the preparation phase is particularly characterized by the intensive work on scripts and graphic content.
