The self-concept of MR Congress & Incentive clearly includes a commitment to diversity . All people possess visible and invisible qualities that make them unique, and we strive to create an inclusive corporate culture where each person knows they are valued, and they belong.

We focus on equal opportunities – for people of different genders, sexual orientation and identity, different cultural and social backgrounds, nationalities, religions and beliefs, different physical and mental abilities, and different ages – as well as a sustainable family friendliness for employees and trainees.

Unfortunately, dealing with right-wing extremism, xenophobia, racism, and anti-Semitism is a challenge that continues to affect our entire society. The commitment to the liberal democratic basic order and the rejection of any form of extremism are therefore also part of the principles of MR Congress & Incentive.

This considers, among other things, the right to freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining; the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor; the effective abolition of child labor; and the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.
