WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
We analyze your event concept based on the requirements of the Infection Protection Act for the event industry. Due to our basic knowledge of virology and based on the R.I.F.E.L. recommendations for action as well as the Berlin hygiene framework concept, we can design the appropriate hygiene concept for your event and coordinate it with the public health department. A risk assessment of your event results in concrete recommended action for time schedules and processes for your event. With hygiene plans and checklists, we also accompany you during the event and can thus take into account short term changes in the situation during the event. Whether registration processes, signage, organization of the sanitary areas or the determination of sensible routing – in all these details we can provide support in event planning.
