Surprise your employees with action painting, the company event of a very special kind of remote experience. Unforgettable for everyone and in the end a real eye-catcher in any room!
Creating great things together
Action painting is an experience for all participants that creates long-lasting memories. A great valuable piece of art, made in a team, is the perfect keepsake. In a creative way it shows the team’s togetherness and their innovative ideas for the company. Fun that stands for community and belonging.
The remote experience is suitable for teams of 25 to 300 people. Small canvases (20 x 20 cm) are sent to the team members, together with two paint brushes of different sizes, three primary colors, instructions, a padded and stamped envelope for return.
And as soon as the postman passed through, people can set to work! Depending on the desired task, each employee can now design a creative little work of art on their canvas, be it on the subject of value representation, improvement or future vision.
After returning the small works of art, the big surprise follows shortly! From all these many different small paintings an individual complete artwork will be newly created, if desired even with an individual logo, claim or motto. EVERY participant will identify with it in the coming years. Depending on the number of team members, these total works of art range in size from 1m² to 12m².
Whether in a video set-up or live on site, the team will look at the jointly created work of art and celebrate. Everyone will beam with pride and be enthusiastic about this joint effort for many years to come, which was a lot of fun to create.

Build a hotel for insects!
Even from the home office, employees individually can produce something together and manufacture fascinating things as a team. Finally, with this they do a good deed. Because the result not only helps the insects but could ultimately also be used for a charitable cause in your immediate local area.
With this team-building challenge, the participants become environmentalists and builders at the same time. Open your own bug hotel and promote the preservation of the variety of insects.
Individual parts of a large insect hotel are created in the home offices of your employees.
The basic materials for this will be sent to the individual team members by postal services. In addition, however, efforts outside in nature are also in demand, because some accessories can only be found there.
At the end, the individual parts finished by the team members are sent to a specialist, who skillfully joins them into a large bug hotel (artificially created nesting and wintering aid for insects). It is done in a kind of modular construction and put together like a box system. The team votes on where the masterpiece should be located, and the “guests” can move in!
With this CSR event you create a valuable alternative to the increasingly scarce natural habitats of insects, which contribute decisively to the natural balance of our environment. Insect conservation is important! Even Albert Einstein warned a long time ago: “If the bee disappears from the earth, humans have only four years to live.”
