Incentives,
that leave a lasting impression.
Recognising outstanding performance, saying thank you for long-standing partnerships or rewarding a shared success.
An incentive trip is a special way to show appreciation on a truly personal level.
At MR Congress & Incentive, we create these experiences with passion.
Every trip is individually planned, thoughtfully designed and crafted with great attention to detail. After all, just as every guest is unique, so are the experiences that inspire them.
Off-the-shelf programmes and ready-made concepts are simply not our way. We listen, ask the right questions and work with you to develop a bespoke concept that brings your vision to life while adding fresh ideas of our own.
Experiences that make all the difference.
A private dinner in an extraordinary setting? A private glimpse into places few people ever get to see? Or a special encounter your guests will be talking about for years to come?
We know the hidden gems of each destination and are always on the lookout for new ways to surprise and delight your guests.
For more than three decades, we have been designing and organising incentive trips across Germany, Europe and around the world. Our extensive network of trusted partners provides the foundation on which your own truly unique event can grow.
Personal. Thoughtful. Seamless.
For us, every incentive trip starts with a good conversation.
Who would you like to inspire?
What makes your guests special?
And what should make your trip truly memorable?
Your wishes and our ideas come together to create a well-rounded concept. We plan with passion, think ahead and personally oversee every detail of the implementation.
Because it is often the little things that make all the difference.
From the initial idea to the journey home, we provide personal support every step of the way. Someone who knows your wishes, keeps everything on track and ensures that you can focus entirely on your guests.
Have a specific idea in mind, or are you still looking for inspiration?
Tell us about your plans. We look forward to creating something extraordinary together with you.
