Information about the Congress:

The city of Copenhagen
The ECCO 2027 Congress will take place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark and the largest exhibition and congress center in Scandinavia. It is located in Ørestad district between the city center and the airport.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, Copenhagen has undergone significant urban and cultural development, supported by major investments in infrastructure and public institutions. Today, the city serves as Denmark’s cultural, economic, and governmental hub, as well as one of Northern Europe’s leading financial centers through the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Copenhagen’s economy continues to grow rapidly, with strong activity in information technology and pharmaceuticals.
Copenhagen has also earned international recognition as a leading culinary destination. As of 2025, the city is home to 19 Michelin-starred restaurants — the highest number of any Scandinavian city. Alongside its renowned fine dining scene, Copenhagen offers a wide range of Danish, ethnic, and experimental cuisine. Visitors can also enjoy traditional Danish open sandwiches, known as smørrebrød. The city’s vibrant nightlife further adds to its appeal. Copenhagen has one of the highest numbers of restaurants and bars per capital in the world. The nightclubs and bars stay open until 5 or 6 in the morning, some even longer. Denmark’s liberal alcohol culture and long-standing brewing traditions contribute to the city’s lively social atmosphere.
We remain closely connected with our hotel partners and can provide suitable offers at any time. In addition, we support you with all services needed for a successful ECCO 2027 congress participation. Therefore, please send your request to congress@mr-congress.com
